   • Designed Loft end to end: merchant onboarding, fleet tracking, and delivery dashboards adopted by 200+ logistics partners.
   • Led the visual redesign of core merchant workflows, reducing average task completion time by ~25% and cutting design-to-dev handoff by ~30%.

2. Jan 2024 to Feb 2026

   Lead Product Designer

   Lingawa (formerly TopSet)

   Sole designer for a Techstars-backed edtech startup. Built the design function from zero, shipped the consumer mobile app, and led a full rebrand that accompanied a $1.1M pre-seed raise.

   • Built the Lingawa design system from scratch: 60+ components, semantic tokens, and WCAG AA foundations across mobile and web.
   • Designed the Lingawa mobile app end to end, from wireframes to prototyping to final UI, now live on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
   • Led the TopSet to Lingawa rebrand: new visual identity, logo system, illustration style, and brand guidelines deployed across all surfaces.
   • Established Lingawa's UX research practice, conducting user interviews with diaspora learners that directly shaped the core learning flow.
